EEO Made Simple

EEO stands for Equal Employment Opportunity and refers to the practice of following all federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination in the workplace. This training explains Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws, and how complying with federal and state laws makes our workplace safer and more productive. This course covers in detail the protected groups as described by EEO laws. This includes age, race and color, sex (including sexual orientation), pregnancy, disability, religion, genetic information, military, and other EEO protected groups. Harassment is also covered in this training. This video details the two types of harassment, Quid Pro Quo and Hostile Environment. Use this course to train employees and managers to better understand employee rights under EEO federal laws.
