Our courses are designed to help you meet the training requirements mandated by OSHA. Our content partners, who produce the training, use safety experts to develop course materials specifically to comply with the training requirements as described in OSHA regulations.
OSHA allows employers to choose how to train their employees, including the use of online and computer-based training. However, the responsibility for meeting OSHA's requirements ultimately rests with the employer, not the training vendor. This means that additional training may be necessary to address site-specific hazards and work processes unique to your operation.
To be OSHA compliant, employers must meet a variety of standards and rules to protect their employees from hazards. This includes developing company-specific written plans and procedures, as well as providing training.
Our courses are designed to help you comply with these types of regulations. However, training is usually only one component of compliance. Ultimately, it is the employer's responsibility to ensure they meet all the elements of a regulation.
