GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING SUPPORT


I start a course and get a "Failed to Initialize" error.

If you launch a course and see the error below, complete the following steps:

  • Close all instances of your browser
  • Start a new browser session and try logging in again
  • If it still doesn't work, clear your cache in your browser (usually under the History settings)
  • Log back into FreeTrainingPower.com and take your course.
