Workplace Ethics Made Simple

Workplace ethics is a serious topic. It involves laws and regulations that dramatically affect an organization’s future, and has a profound effect on productivity, employee morale and an organization’s reputation. This training outlines the importance of ethical practices in a workplace. This course starts out by describing the unethical behaviors common to many workplaces. Some of these behaviors include theft (in many forms), deception, breaching confidentiality, and gift giving and bribes. These all result in consequences, which are outlined in this video. Workplace ethics can be confusing, but communication or training can help minimize the uncertainty. Use this course to ensure all employees understand what is expected of them when it comes to ethical behavior in the workplace.
