Supervision: Getting to Know Your Employees

This action is made for managers and is designed to help increase employee satisfaction with the company. As a manager you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will identify what you know about your employees’ family, hobbies, personal challenges and interests. You will determine what you already know and need to find out about your employees’ interests and personal situation.
