This action is made for managers and is designed to help you create the right level of challenging work. As a manager, you will perform this action on your own. By performing this action you will learn how to perform a job evaluation to determine if a particular role uses an employee’s best skills and abilities. You will evaluate each employee’s job to determine if his or her best skills and capabilities are frequently used.
