Listening Skills

Listening is an art, and everyone has room for improvement. Use this training module to share the importance of using active, or reflective, listening to improve communication. This course reviews how effective communication works. It also discusses the process loop of how messages are sent and received. Viewers learn about reflective listening and how to become a better listener and overall communicator. This course uses discussion questions and a workbook to further enhance the learner’s engagement in the course.
