This action is made for managers and is designed to help you connect employees to the organization’s strategy. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to show employees how they support the organization’s goals and strategy. In a team meeting you will discuss key organization or department goals and determine how each employee’s role directly supports these goals and overall strategy.
