Inspiring Others: Communicating Vision to Your Team

This action is made for managers and is designed to help you connect employees to the team’s vision. As a manager, you will perform this action with your employees. By performing this action you will learn how to inform and inspire your employees regarding the team’s vision. In a team meeting you will describe the team’s vision, sharing the team’s overall purpose and mission. You will then continue to communicate key information regarding the team’s vision over the next six weeks.
