Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month At Work

Heritage Month celebrations allow all employees to learn more about the people, culture, history, traditions, and day to day experiences of groups of people who face oppression. This course gives employees the framework for embracing the AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islanders) Heritage Month celebrations each May. Designed to teach employees how to show support for AAPI Heritage Month, this microlearning gives employees the opportunity to grow, not only in their understanding of the discrimination historically faced by AAPI Americans, but also in embracing the nuances of their culture. With its goal being to shine light on the positive impact of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, this course guides employees through the process of becoming active participants in all Heritage Month celebrations. Present this course so all employees engage in AAPI Heritage Month celebrations more meaningfully and respectfully.
