Neurodiversity At Work

Every team member has their own unique style of working. Neurodiversity is a less-often considered type of diversity present in the workplace. Increasing our understanding of neurodiversity strengthens our organizations and, at the same time, allows our neurodivergent colleagues to perform to their potential.
