Building A Culture of Respect: Stop Harassment

Harassment in the workplace causes anxiety, turmoil, and pain. Because harassment is an often-misunderstood term, this course starts by defining what harassment is. This course explains how the victim has the responsibility and the right to let the harasser know to stop. It also points out what to do if you witness a colleague being harassed to help prevent toxic workplaces. Learners will understand how to spot harassment and the importance of always choosing respect when working with others. This course is one part in a series on creating a culture of respect in the workplace. It is up to everyone to help keep harassment out of the workplace, and this training sets employees up to do just that.
