Protecting Your Back
Back injuries are the most common type of on-the-job injury, and can be caused by a variety of factors: how a person works, plays, and rests. This program educates workers about how to keep their backs healthy and feeling great. Topics in the program include how your back works, body mechanics, proper lifting techniques, and stretching and exercise.
